BANK DRAFT: The easiest
and most convenient way to pay your monthly electric
bill is by bank draft. Each month the amount of your
electric bill will be transferred automatically from
your checking account to PEC by an electronic
transaction. The
transfer of funds will occur on the
due date of your electric bill. Your bank will
itemize the automatic debit on your statement each
month. PEC will continue to send you a bill each
month marked "BANK DRAFT". This means one
less check to write, and that equals to one less
hassle for you! You may pick up an authorization
form from the PEC office. MAIL: Another
convenient method to pay is by mail. PEC makes
available for its members window envelopes, included
with your monthly electric bill. When mailing a
payment please be sure to enclose the bill stub to
ensure that we credit the
proper account. Also, for your protection, mail only
a check or money order. DO
NOT MAIL CASH. NIGHT DROP: For
your convenience, PEC offers a night drop box for
making payments after hours. If you use the drop
box, please include your bill in the envelope for
proper crediting. IN PERSON: To ensure that we are delivering on the promise of excellent service to our customers, PEC has a fully staffed office to take your payment. If you prefer to come by the office and make your payment in person, we welcome you! The office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. |
