1. Account number – number assigned to customer at this address 2. Net amount due – total amount due by due date 3. Payment due date – pay on or before this date to avoid late charges 4. Payment due including late charges 5. Notice – no further notice will be mailed 6. Customer name and mailing address 7. Customer name and location associated with electric service 8. Collection/disconnect notice – if bill is not paid within five days after the due date, service may be discontinued without further notice 9. Payment address and phone number for pec office 10. Kilowatt hours used 11. If this bill is paid by bank draft it will be noted here 12. Informations message – special information provided by pec to communicate with our customers 13.
