Heat Pump Loans

Loans in amounts of up to $10,000 for one unit and $12,500 for two units are available to qualified members for the installation of a heat pump(s). There are three qualifications for this program:

1. Must be owner of the property where heat pump is to be installed.
2. Must have electric service in your name.
3. Must pass a credit check.

To apply for a loan please fill out, sign and date the heat pump loan application form and mail to

Once the heat pump is installed there will be a $35 filing fee to record the loan. To complete the loan a photo copy of a government-issued photo ID is required.
