To Report an Outage or a Problem

When the lights go out Pickwick Electric Cooperative crews stand ready to respond 24 hours a day, including week-ends and holidays. To report an outage, contact us by using the following numbers according to where you live. (Using the numbers in this way will avoid any long distance charges).

If your phone number begins with: 239, 645, 646, 687 or 934 use the following number,

If your phone number begins with: 632, 667, 688, or 689 use the following number,
731 632-3333.

If you are calling from outside our service area then dial our toll free number
1-800-372-8258.

After regular working hours, on weekends and holidays, calls will be routed through our Dispatch Call Center.
